I'm getting excited for Thanksgiving...4 WHOLE DAYS off work!! YEAH! Dad has already started text messaging me his planned menus for the weekend...he kills me. I am excited to hang out with the fam. I will have several babysitters...a cook...a housekeeper...and someone to keep my husband entertained...it will be GREAT!!! Like a vacation!! Plus all the good food that Dad makes...I'll prolly gain about 20 lbs...but it will be worth it.
We haven't had anything too exciting happen around the house. Cole is still working on building his courage/confidence with walking. He will take a few steps on his own and then sit down, and getting those few steps out of him take A LOT of encouragement from us. I wonder if the next one will walk quicker due to having an older sibling to kinda show them the ropes? Not that I am wanting my baby to grow up any faster than he already is...but it IS exciting to watch him progress and learn new things!
The little monster fell asleep in his high chair the other day. We came home, I put him in his chair to eat some crackers while I was washing a few dishes. Well, y'all have a good weekend!!! This weekend we will be doing Thanksgiving with Ronnie's family since we will be gone with mine for the real thing!
